Los Angeles County Agricultural Commissioner/Weights & Measures Integrated Pest Management Division has deployed four coyote traps in the area to help keep residents and our pets safe. Two traps are located in Kenneth Hahn Park and two more traps have been set in the View Park/Windsor Hills area — on Monteith Drive and Northland. Coyotes are hard to apprehend because their movements don’t follow a discernable pattern, so it is hard to predict where they will be.
