On Saturday, September 21, Cleanup Day 2013  will take place at the historical African-American beach site sometimes known as the “Inkwell” at Santa Monica’s Bay Street. This is a great opportunity for young and old to participate in a community service through helping clean up the beach. Lean about ocean stewardship and find about the overlooked history of the site from a small exhibit and docents.
